Club Penguin is encoutering problems? AR codes still not avaliable.

I think club penguin is having problems eather that or they are improving the site. For some reason I can get on club penguin. I even tryed getting there through miniclip but it still didnt work. My internet connection is fine. I wonder whats happening... In other news, action replay codes still aren't avaliable for Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force.
